the guest house sits on the boundary of the site, outlining a small inner courtyard, with a strong character of intimacy. nature acts as a permeable filter and the rooms, arranged around the perimeter, face the sea.
the narrow site meant that each guest room received a loft, each accessible via a separate internal staircase.
